Refunds and Returns <br data-mce-fragment="1">Custom orders are individual and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We begin the customization process for your order as soon as you purchase it. Therefore, we cannot change personalized information like size, color, etc. after your order has been placed.
If it turns out to be our mistake, we will send you a new item and solve the problem immediately. Unfortunately, refunds are not accepted in this case. Please note that personalized items come with your own customizable information. They cannot be resold once sold. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation <br data-mce-fragment="1">Once your order is locked for processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Please note that personalized orders cannot be modified once they are locked for processing, so please check all details carefully before confirming your order.

Free Replacement <br data-mce-fragment="1">This applies to packages that have not been stuck in logistics for more than 3 weeks or arrived significantly later than expected. If there are no issues with the delivery destination, we will send you a free replacement in a timely manner.

Furthermore, we take full responsibility if the product fails within 30 days of receiving your order.

1) If the breakdown, damage or crash occurs due to an error in our factory or the carrier.

2) Your order may be significantly different from yours, for example if the personalized information was inaccurately encoded.

Replacement Steps:
Please email us with the following details:
1) Your order number and email address
2) Photos or videos of the defective product
3) If your claim involves a printing error, please attach a photo of the printing error.
4) In case of size claims, please enclose a measuring tape, stick or ruler along with a photo of the affected garment.

If our customer service confirms that you are in the above situation, we will send you a new product again.We do not have a refund policy because we believe that replacement is the best way to solve your problem.
Generally, we do not accept exchanges due to customer mistakes such as incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your address before checking out.
In addition, due to the lighting during photo shooting and the monitor display, the color of the advertised image and the actual product may be slightly different, please understand that there may be a 20% difference between the advertised image and the actual product.

Exchange for a Small Fee <br data-mce-fragment="1">The good news is that we can send you a replacement item for a small fee compared to the original price if:
* I received the wrong product/design/size due to incorrect customization input.
If you are exchanging in this situation, you do not need to return the defective item you received.

If the reason for the return is the consumer, the shipping fee should be borne by the consumer. The specific fee depends on the shipping company you choose. If the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
