2. Where is my order?
Shipping confirmation will only be received when your item has been shipped. To monitor your order status, please enter both your account email address and order number. 3. Shipping Tips:
1) To ensure successful delivery, we recommend that you leave your correct mail box and mobile number during the checkout process.
2) If delivery fails due to blank cell phone lines, there will be no compensation.
3) If you choose express shipping, PO Boxes or BFPOs are not accepted. Addresses must be detailed enough, including apartment and unit numbers. Non-delivery or extra shipping charges due to personal reasons will not be accepted by Ourgifts.
4) Your order can only be tracked in detail once it has reached our facility in your country. Once in your country, it will take an additional 5-7 days for your package to reach you.
