祝祭期間は米国・英国の子工場からの発送もありますが、ご安心ください。

配送フロー：中国の国際運送会社（顺丰国際 SF Express International・云途国際 YunExpress 等）が最寄り空港まで空輸した後、提携先の黒猫急便・佐川急便が最終配送します。発送時には、追跡番号と追跡リンクを記載したメールを送信します（原則は発送地の物流事業者の情報です）。輸送中に問題があれば、いつでもご連絡ください。

長期間商品が届かない場合について

商品が長期間届かない場合、原因としては海運輸送中の紛失、または注文量の増加による製造・発送スピードの遅延が考えられます。
対応方法：カスタマーサービスまでご連絡いただき、現在の注文状況を確認してください。商品が紛失したことが確認された場合、無料で再製造・再発送をご提供させていただきます。

商品に汚れ・破損などの不具合がある場合について

刺繍加工時の生地の変形を防止するため、刺繍パターンの裏側には綿製の裏紙を添付しております。万一裏紙の残りがある場合はご安心ください。水で湿らせると容易に剥がすことができます。
対応方法：不具合のある商品を写真に撮り、注文情報と共にカスタマーサービスまでお送りいただければ、適切なアフターサービスをご提供させていただきます。
